Orbwing

Download Orbwing — your free month starts the first time it opens.

A radial launcher that blooms at your cursor, and runs your own AI prompts on the text you already have selected.

macOS 14 or later  ·  Apple silicon & Intel  ·  menu bar app, 6 MB

First month freeNo card, no account

Everything unlocked, nothing to enter.

The month begins the moment you first launch the app — there is nothing to sign up for and no card to add. After it ends, Orbwing Pro is $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year. Cancel anytime.

Two editions

Recommended

orbwing.com edition

The complete app — this download.

  • AI runs on your live selection in any app, replaced in place
  • Shell scripts, AppleScript and Shortcuts as ring actions
  • Built-in updates
  • Free month starts on first launch
Coming soon

Mac App Store edition

The sandboxed build, not out yet.

  • The full radial launcher, packs and per-app rings
  • AI runs on copied text, not your live selection
  • No shell scripts and no AppleScript
  • Same subscription as an in-app purchase; Apple handles the free month, and a key bought on orbwing.com can be redeemed there

Most people should start with the orbwing.com edition — it’s the full experience.

Installing it

  1. Open the disk image and drag Orbwing into your Applications folder.
  2. Launch it. Orbwing lives in the menu bar — there is no window to keep open.
  3. Grant Accessibility permission when asked. It is what lets Orbwing read and replace the text you have selected, only at the moment you fire an action on it.
  4. Press ⌥Space, or hold the right mouse button, and sweep.

Already subscribed?

Your licence key arrived by email. Open Orbwing’s settings, paste the key, and you are done. One key activates up to three Macs at a time; deactivate a Mac from inside the app to free its slot. Once activated, a Mac keeps working for seven days offline before it needs to check in.
